TopInstant.com Accepts Alertpay but is a Big time SCAM. Their days of operation is modefied nand users deleted so that no refund is possible. No forum as well.
Alertpaying.com is also SCAM accepting Alertpay

I joined 2 different HIYP but both of them are scammer. The payment proccess was completed but my account balance was not updated. I think I you want to try with HIYPs you should pay via LR.
