Re: Mac & Goldnow meeting...today?
Well, they're trying to have a little fun and trying to generate a feeling og "family"
Nothing wrong with that, I guess.
I have to agree with some of you, though - I'm not into role-playing and drinking imaginary coffee.
Still, they have done and are doing everything the new system calls for and I think everyone should , especially at this point, when they are on the verge of proving that payments will start, just calm down for awhile, give 'em a little more time to show that they're for real.

Re: Mac & Goldnow meeting...today?
But . . . in all honesty . . . how much is "a little more time"? Seems to me that the egold people have been waiting a very long time and for the most part have been very patient. There comes a time though that the patience wears thin and everything sounds like an excuse. There really wasn't a need for a new forum or a new website. What there was a need for was payments and honest communication from the BOD. And both of those have been sorely lacking.

Hey..like noone say..just give 'em more time.......It has to be difficult for Mac to communicate with members about payouts while trying to play an honest game or two of BlackJack!!

Re: Mac & Goldnow meeting...today?
Some continue to come here each week saying just give IT a little more time! How much time do they need? Don't you see that's the game they play? They continue to give you just enough hope to make you believe that they may do something next week! Of course they don't really do anything much but just enough to keep stringing you along to make you believe or at least hope that next week they will pay and in the mean time their buying theirself more and more time! I would just like to ask you who say "Wait just a little more time" how much more time will be enough for you? Do you have a limit? Or will you continue to just wait and hope for months or maybe years? Everyone is different and everyone has different limits on how long they will choose to hope or believe! I am sorry but if you expect everyone to be willing to wait as long as you are (although nothing is happening as far as pay is concerned) you are likely to be very disappointed! Some have already stopped waiting and started reporting!

Re: Mac & Goldnow meeting...today?
My opinion is: Do not give them one more second. If you think they cheated you, report them NOW, or possibly be wishing you had done so earlier. I'll be back in awhile with more links, to authorities in other countries. If ANYONE, IN ANY COUNTRY, feels they have been scammed, or had their money stolen, PLEASE POST YOUR INFORMATION HERE, AND YOUR COUNTRY. We will give you your own country's authorities to contact, if you want to get I.T.C. investigated. This will prove whether they are legal or not. If they are operating legally, they will not be concerned, and their "advocates" will not show any concern here either. If they do, your due dilligence will be all the more justified.

There is not one program that has been 'reported' where the members ever got 1 cent.
Immediately any funds were frozen and spirited away.
I agree that people cannot be allowed to run scams, but this 'reporting' alternative is not the answer.

Wrong!! This is what the scammers wish everyone to believe...the scammer wants their victoms to think there is no recourse...this is so the scammer has more time to spend the money and wait for their victoms feel they have lost everything so why try to go after them....
You are thinking exactly what the scammer wants you to think. If you believe there is no way to get back what is owed so why bother...and at this point there would be payment enough to put a stop to Mac and his crooked family & friends.
This is Mac's third time around to have one of his scams fall on its face...WAKE UP PEOPLE HE HAS NO INTENTION OF STOPPING!!

And you think asking nicely would work better?
What do you think Mac should get for stealing not only the money but the dreams of 20,000+ people? Mac has caused great financial troubles to many people with his lies and scams...time for his "group" to pay the piper.

WRONG!!
I was in a program called XXXXXXX which was piggybacking Omega. They were shutdown and I got back my entire $..k by check from the receiver.
Another was a loan program run by Frank DeLucca, shutdown by Alabama SEC. I had $... in by MO, which was returned within 6 weeks!
So don't think it NEVER happens.
The important thing is not whether you get your funds back or not. Just the satisfaction of seeing the Toler Gang sweat would be worth the price of an e-mail, letter or phone call to give a headsup to the abc's.
By the way, what triggers an investigation is not the info, but simply the number of times a program name comes up. Just calling to ask "is it4us legal"? can help trigger an investigation.
Been there more than once, have many well-worn t-shirts!

The current time in New Zealand is
3:46 AM
Tuesday, June 21, 2005
Standard Time +1200 UTC
And no updates on what is going on...not even a Group E-Mail from IT telling their conscripts where they moved to....

I have to agree Kiss!. When I last went in the SS forum it was like entering a kintergarden with the things they were saying to one another.
Truth is, all the time Mac, Kenna etc keep the kids amused and interested they think they can make it look like something is going to happen and thus keep the authorities away from them.
These gullible members are just playing into their hands. The SS forum is even more boring than the last one because at least before we could look at our accounts and see what it could have been. Now, there is nothing!
As for the member saying that noone has ever been paid by reporting the scams to the authorities - that's just not true! I know of several that have been paid out from court proceedings.
I got 2/3rds of my money back from... ?? - one run by Doug someone!. (It was just before the Players Edge and Apex scams)...We got a lawyer to act for us.
It certainly can be done, but I believe there will be a lot more looking for their money soon and will want to join us.
