The truth is these cards are NOT issued by us. The cards come with an attached bank account. WE DO NOT ISSUE BANK ACCOUNTS. The card issuer in conjunction with the bank issues the cards and the accounts. OUR COMPANY is the interface between them and the customers.
If you want a card we will be happy to provide you with one, but we do not have any anonymous cards that we keep at the bottom of a drawer to sell.

Posting a tracking number is not the problem. You may not appreciate this, but we do have TOS. We will abide by them. If you wish to post tracking info here we can not stop you, but we will only send that to you.
As to when the card will be dispatched? That depends on when you complete the order process and method of payment.
