Yes the card accounts are issued by a bank.

As to the bin number, we only give that out along with the name and address of the bank.

Quick question for everyone. I WOULD post this as a new thread but apparently I haven't posted enough.

I am looking for a VCC Visa supplier who can:

-Accept Liberty Reserve (at least)
-Supply prepaid cards, no need for reloadable
-Supply VCC's that are NOT in pre defined dominations. For example, if I want to buy a product that costs $1834.33 I want to be able to load that exact amount.
- Offer (in time) bulk/resale pricing.

I'm starting a new business where I am a personalized shopper for unique/embarrassing items. Just items people don't want to be connected to, nothing illegal, maybe slightly raunchy. I have everything in place but I just need a VCC supplier. So please PM me if you know of any place that can do this.

I have looked online but everywhere its predefined amounts.
