Yes, our mail box was full, some of our customers were sending scans of their KYC documents in 5, 7 and 10 megabyte files. Anyway we have sent you an e=mail. check your box.

Dear customers,
Whilst we do very much appreciate your patronage, we shall reject any scan of a KYC (know your customer) document that is in excess of .5MB (That is half a megabyte) in scanned file size.
