This is the reason you don't see referral links in any of my posts. If a ponzi scammers database is ever accessed by authorities, and they see that I have referred 200 new people to the scheme and they invested thousands of dollars collectively, the responsibility for their losses now falls on my head as well as the site owners. If you actually collect any money (referral commisions), you are now being paid to scam others. Since the primary scammers are likely nowhere to be found, the authorities have no choice but to prosecute whomever they can to recover the scammed money, and that means going after members who took referral commisions.
As far as I know the laws only apply to people who KNOWINGLY promote ponzis. If you make money and didn't know it was a ponzi then you will generally not be charged with anything but may be forced to refund all profits.

Again, what would make it different from a Ponzi that has opened it's own restaurent (PIPS)? No matter how much of the funds they used for payouts. ST is an illegal Ponzi scam.

You don't seems to know where you are talking about, but let me try to explain.
Since you know the programs, just ask yourself a simple question -- where's the money going to come from? How can they earn enough to pay people those crazy interest rates? The short answer is -- they can't. If they could make that kind of money, why would they be screwing around running an autosurf?
The way they con people is to say they've figured out a way they can make those big returns. But it's rubbish. Google using terms like 'ponzi, fraud, convicted' and such and you can read stories about people coming up with all sorts of crazy investment schemes. Forex investing seems to be a popular one with HYIPS, but it's all a lie.

For what i know they had studiowalker first and many costumers.. when ST was launched.. many of the ST ppl became studiowalker costumers or Studioblogger .. and so on.. so my Number where to show it s yes very possible some of us have used his SERVICES ad earned money to them!!!

The largest scam? Dont make me laught! ST is just a little ponzi scam out of hundreds. ponzi scams like Genesis Fund ($80 million) do get their attention, and they do go after the people running those. Omni Capital Group ($27 million) was another ponzi scam that got busted by the FBI. The FBI has better things to do then to go after a little autosurf scam. Studiowalker makes some money (Maybe $1000 per month), yes. But not as much as that crook makes you believe. All the other studio "Businesses" don't make a penny. You don't seem to understand that 1% daily is INSANE. No company in the whole world can make 1% daily consistently. John even admits ST is a Ponzi in his TOS. ST is an illegal Ponzi scam and nothing else.
