Sorry for inconvenience. I got it confirmed by our technical staff and to our surprise, he confirmed that there is no problem what so ever with the hosting or server.
If your connection speed is less than 1Mbps then flash takes some time to get installed ( as our website is flash based which takes slightly longer than html website).

We would be glad if you can check back after some time preferably with firefox, clear your cache and cookies. Try refreshing your page and wait for some moments. Once flash is loaded, it won't take time further to browse our website.

Yes, we don't have member's area and all data is maintained offline for 3 main reasons -
1) Our client's don't need to fear of identity theft( loss of private information) in any form. Thus only information asked for is your email id during the time of deposit.
2) Our website is hack proof. There is nothing to hack for anybody . No member's area means no problem of stolen password, account login conflicts etc.
3) Even if our website is under intense DDos attack, it will not affect our regular working as all data is mainatained offline securely. So even if our website is down, we can convey important news through various channels (Forums, Monitors and Email Id submitted during deposit).
Site down doesn't mean panic for our clients.

Yes, it would be better if your include your email Id. If you do that, you will receive email twice, once within 24 hours of deposit and again within 24 hours of payment.
