You can't because Paypal doesn't allow exchanges.

there is no way you can transfer funds `directly` from your LR act. to PP act because both these companies are completely different and have their own standards of operation.

you have to get the exchange done through an exchanger.

Well, NO, you can't exchange directly from LR to PP

But you can hire an exchanger.

There is no genuine exchanger who can do that. I mean an exchanger can't break the paypal terms which do not allow exchanges.

Exchanger can do it privately without announcing it publically. A lot will be doing the same but nobody knows.

You cant make any transfer directly from LR to Paypal you an exchanger it is better to go LR page and look for exchanger who can do this.
