I opened a Paypal account with a virtual debit card , so I verifyed and all was ok.- My nightmare came out when client paid me for some merchandise over the paypal , i recieved like $450.00 , then they money kept 2 days on paypal , but after that that Paypal bacame Limited. This afected my friends ebay , beacuse I sold some stuff on her ebay , she got her own paypal , but i put this new paypal on the auction. Now paypal aske me to verify the account with a bank account so they can lift the limitation , due I had done a refund to the buyer to avoid more problems. How can I resovle this if im not in the uniteted states and Im no US resident. How can i add a bank or virutal bank account? I need to quit the lift so my friends ebay account can still selling , her ebay account have been blocked for selling till this matter is resolved , im worried I dont know what to do , insteead Her ebay and Her paypal says her account its restored and shows no restrictions. Its very confusiing , so now my new paypa account with the limited thing is causing me nightmares plz someone can help? any advice?

you don't know where he gets his "virtual" bank accounts from. They are not virtual...it is just a claim.
