anyone know any good website based seller, selling a virtual bank account for paypal verification, and who also accepts payments through Credit Card (I do not have LR, or anything similar right now) ?

I can't do that because Paypal isn't available in my country yet ..

Both are very good. and you can use it to verify PayPal us easily .

Tested both virtual banks, Paypal detects something "unusual" and suspend accounts. Lost the time and money. There are not real accounts, and cant use to receive or send money.
