1. Norway is no problem.
2. You have full online access through this top tier offshore bank to check balances and history.
3. Offshore Privacy Ltd. is a private company and I am the sole owner, we are non-US, non-EU based.

The cards are instantly issued with no name on the card or magnetic strip and are completely anonymous when used at the ATM or POS.
