You need your email to log into your Google account. So the
first time you apply for an account they will send an email to
your email address with a link which you must click to VERIFY
your email. If you didn't get this email, you simply need to
reapply. You can still use the same email in your reapplication.

Be sure your website is ready. And do not put graphics if you
want a faster approval from Google. Seems Googlebot doesn't
like graphics. Make it rich in keyword-content and you'll get
approval in 2-3 days.

best way to have it done , make your site like normal where you wanna have the adsense ... then go to blogger , make yourself one blog about your stuff , I mean .. make few posts retarded like '' I`m working hard last week to do bla bla '' , '' good news progress on work at my bla bla project and so on '' , even grab some free articles ... when you have there on the blogger blog like 20-30 posts , signup to adsense with the blog ! the blogger blog ... enjoy ur new adsense acc ... try and do not use fake names / adress / phone because you have to get '' the millions '' out from there someday ...

Good idea, it means now I start work on creating blog for my site. Can you please look at www.shahbazqadri.com and tell me if that is fine for AdSense account. Blogging will take more time, anyhow I will plan this.

What about site age, does this also affects on approval?

Listen my dear you can re apply with the same old email & for the old site, but you just need to make some changes in it. I mean write some at least 3-4articles related to it and then re apply again. The link will be there in your email. Although if you start with the new email & site it will be ok too. And you don't need to change any IP, just give payee info etc & go on. Goodluck.

My adsense was disabled and I was told by AdSense that I had account with them earlier that they disabled with same info. That's why second time AdSense did not send email and disabled account without info.

Anyhow please review my two sites and let me know which site I should use to apply for third time.
