OptionsHouse has a nice website and charges only $2.95 a trade (unlimited shares). They do stocks too, not just options.

They also give you a virtual account so you can test, without even funding your account.

I use them with my ATS and they have pretty good support. So far, they are very responsive in comparison to some of the others.
