does anybody have the same problem when logging to PIPS?
And what is the email address I can contact?

No problem. The deletion of accounts should be front and center.

Now back to this excuse again when trying to login.
Login failed. Username/password not found.
How many others have had their accounts deleted so the prick thief doesn't have to pay. Multi-billion dollar company misplacing account right, left and center.

I have the same problem. Missing account. Sent an email to support No Response. I can't login to the support ticketing system either.

Have you seen the terms to do a Password Reset and Pin Reset. You have to agree not to abuse the Reset Systems or the penalty is a closed account. What a joke!! They don't work either!!

The perpetuation of this joke called PIPS is sickening. Bryan closed the forum so he could control the backlash from new fees and terms as well as to divide the membership. This is a one sided affair PIPS does whatever PIPS cares to do and no money comes from PIPS.

Does anybody know if Malaysia has reciprocity with the USA? I hope they do and Bryan sees Leavenworth.

Silly Wabbit...Twix are 4 Kids!! ( Just felt like saying that)!! Hehehehehehe

Seriously, accounts are not being deleted...My dad couldn't find his, and it was because he was trying to log in on the old site...As soon as I realized it, I was able to pull it right up...On my computer that is...He has a dial up and it was timing out on him though...Can't convince him that broadband is worth that extra money...Parents, what are you suppose to do with them??!!

Well I can't speak about what is going on now with the new pages, but if it is anything like the other times they have changed the program, just keep retrying the same information. Eventually it will catch...seems anytime they change something, there are always problems signing into our accounts......Good Luck...

Thanks to all those who have replied with constructive input. Unfortunately, I am trying to login on the new website and I do believe that Marsden is deleting accounts to reduce his liabilities. I do believe WONDERING is correct.
