I think i view a site with all the fees you post, but only accept alertpay ,libert reserve .. and if the card delay more than 30 normal days I CAN'T APPLY FOR A ALERTPAY DISPUTE SO , here whe have a problem....becuase liberty reserve dont offer dispute service.
