I would like to buy the $10 non-reloadable vcc- $16 using paypal.

I have one question, I have an ebay about 3 yrs old, but until now I have only been buying. I would like to sell and use this vcc to pay the selling fees, not the end of auction fees but listing fees, is this suitable for that. Not sure if ebay would verify the card since this is my first time selling.
