i want open epassporte account so i need to load my account with an VISA credit card (25 USD minimum amount of load)

Epassporte ask me to make ADDRESS & NAME and then i must provide how much random amount was debited from the card for verification steps

So my questions :

Do your card can help for my situation ?

Can i know the amount/history of the debited amount (Epassporte take the amount) from the virtual credit card ?

Can i use my own name & address in this card ?
