Say, $500? Or $800 or $1,000?

But for transaction for over 100$ i only accept Moneybookers, WireTransfer & Wesern Union only. But in few days i will change

you can't withdraw money from Paypal to a virtual card . i tested with some type of vcc but they aren't sucessful

Ya, you can send the money via Paypal (Below 100$), MoneyBookers, WireTransfer & WesternUnion (For Any Ammount). Reload Fee is 10%. (I have posted 6% in First Page as a mistake)
