For US, AU, CA & UK you will need a bank account to verify the paypal. VCC will not work for verification purpose. But it will help you to lift the sending limit

Don't trade with him. I sent him 2 paypal account limited more than 180 days befor 4 weeks ago but he didn't send me morney. I tried to contact him throw Yahoo!ID but he didn't answer.

People lookin to do cashout with this member here. I can't say do not work with him, it's your option. But I'll let you know its been like a month now and he has not paid the money that he had gotten from the account.

The last email I got was his computer had crashed, changing RAM and Hard Disk and I will get the money in two days. Now four days have passed, still no money. No email.

At this point this is looking like a Scam.

The account had $261. He took it all.
