There are no reasons for worries, I have had such problem in the middle of September......was unable to withdraw within one day but next day everything was OK. Here is the FM admin comment which I received:

"E-gold withdrawals might be not available at times, mainly when the e-gold site is busy or down. At other times we might need to transfer money between different e-gold accounts or between our bank accounts and e-gold (the best protection against hackers is to not have too much money in one particular account at any given time). During weekends, it may also happen that we may not be able to wire from our bank accounts to fill our e-gold accounts because it is weekend.

This is nothing special, it's just \"business as usual\" and there is no reason to be worried when it happens, mostly because it does and it will happen also in the future at least 1-2 times every week for short periods of time. Therefore whenever you see that you can not withdraw to e-gold at a certain time, please just try again later or next day. Thanks for your understanding.
