Barb, I wasn't assuming. It would be assuming that the threats were real. My belief is there is some merit to their statements, but I have documentation that Mac has stated threats, has had ecurrency problems and ddos problems in the earlier days, the CT and CTIS times. Now you may assume that the threats were fabricated that is your choice, and I personally do not take them seriously as I mentioned that I do have counter measures to safeguard my family and associates. What was troubling for me was how the information moved from a private group into the hands of IT's top brass. So I have made made my councel aware along with my contact in the State Department. If any of the IT BOD members have had threats then they should contact their local police or Embassy if they are in a foreign country.

If true, Are these payouts accounted for in the books of IT?I know that when I asked for payment for the Company registrations and Domains there was documantation and verifcation required for that so there is a system for keeping track of expenses.

If you were/are unaware of them - could you find out?Possibly but that type of information is not for public viewing - I dont release my workers salary to eachother let alone the public and Who I pay my bills to is known only to me and my accountant - If any disclosure is warrented I certainly wouldnt individualise any payments as people are entitled to thier privacy.

Just a couple of points..

Yes I was trying to confirm some rumours - I figured you would be the best one to ask. If they can be confirmed then they are no longer rumours - if they can be denied then they are put to rest.

I don't deal in rumour - but I do deal in logical thought and a strong sense of fair play.

I was also trying to dispel some assumptions - agin I figured you would be the best one to do this with (I don't have access to Mac but feel free to PM me his phone number - I'll be happy to call!!)

People are indeed entitled to privacy - however this is our company too is it not? Do you not think that the members who invested their everything into it deserve straight answers??

Yes I can understand that you're not the happiest camper coming in to face TG.. but once more - it is the actions of the BOD that have created this situation. We all react as we must.

BTW you noted that what I said was not based on fact - and I contend that I was trying to dispel rumours and find the facts.
