Ok I see 3 already banned and this last one your mate vinnie username frankie cc was left active as a courtesy TEMPORARILY when one of the other 3 claimed knowing nothing about why they were banned. Rule is specific I have passed on the reason, pointed out the rule and supplied the email for you to contact TG admin
