Why do alot of HYIP admins get away? I heard 3 times an admin got caught, and when I google 'hyip arrest' there aren't many results, so I'm assuming 95% of the HYIP admin don't get caught. Why is this?
Most proxy server record logs of everything that happens, so it isn't hard for the police to track someone who logged in through a proxy intro their PP account. So why aren't there any HYIP admins getting caught with this?
