This admin is a theif and the site is a scam. The minimum cashout is $50 for an upgraded member. When you cashout the admin keeps 50%. So if you cashout at $50 you acually get $25. He boasts a lot of cash prizes and bonuses but if you do actually recieve one of these bonuses they take 50% right off of the top. So if you get a $5 bonus you only get $2.50 in your account and still then when you cashout they take another 50% so you actually get $1.25.

At this time the only monitor to list Topnotchtraffic is Capitalinvestmentmonitor.

Out of 57 total votes, (of which the bad ones have been deleted of course), only 8 even mention payouts. Out of those 8 only 5 actualy say they have been paid.

Out of those 5 here is what one of the voters added as his or her comment:
Cash out at 51.96 - received 5.50 - 40% to Admin, 50% to Members Fund. Rec'd today!

So, out of a $51.96 cashout this person recieved $5.50.

This is a line from Topnotchtraffic's terms:

There are a lot of posts relating to the excessive changes in the program as I have described.

There are also many posts that say good things about the admin. Make no mistake, I do not question the fact that this man may be doing some good things in the real world.
