There are several red flags that pop up before i buy a system or give money to whoever on the net.
I now do one hell of alot of research before i plunk my money down into anything, and am on several forums all across the net.
My opinion is, if you don't do any of the above, you are throwing your money away blindly.
I especially hate when a site comes up out of nowhere and people are all abuzz about it.
Usually the ones you put your money into fast before you "miss the boat"
are always scams.
People are generally impatient, and it leads to ruin.
Report it to the police immediately. Give them the information you have. They will give you advice.

Not much you can do IMHO. Because now all of those carry a "warning" that you can lose money also and so it was your choice. And most of the admin don't use their real names or have a registered business so you can trace them. They just get an HYIP template and off they go.
I will lurk the Talkgold forums for other programs and make posts about how I claim to be an experience investor, yet still investing in fake HYIPs here at Talkgold because I know it is a gamble and I like to gamble instead of investing. Even I claim to be an expert investor.
Trying to do anything positive to reclaim your money after losing it to scammers
is like crying over spilled. milk. You can't sue the scammer as they almost never
go by their real names. The only positive thing about being scammed is the
experience itself. That experience has taught me that certain programs NEVER
last more than one year. I simply avoid those programs. Period.
The only two online programs that would pay you handsomely if you are prepared
to learn and work hard enough are forex trading and affiliate marketing. In these
programs your rewards are directly proportional to your efforts and dedication. I
don't like MLMs and network programs cos your rewards are largely determined
by others.
Avoid being fooled. Scam is now everywhere. Phishing scam is one of them. Their targets are some of the major financial organization (Credit card providers, banks, etc). It is usually in the form of messages appears in your e-mail inbox stating that it is from “System Administrator” and you have to provide them your personal information due to your account maintenance. Be very cautious instead of curiously entertaining it.
