lr never respond via business or abuse department. i email them 10times for my block account. none of them reply.

With some support depts if you flood them with multiple emails they will mark you as spam.

Better to send one and wait patiently in the queue for them to respond to you.

no, they are unresponsible.

the first time i email. waiting 2 months <-- no reply ( u think they need so much times to reply such a email)
then i email again waiting 1 month later no reply 2. contact customer live chat they say cant help ask to send email to abuse department. but same thing happen.

if you asking other matter how to be acredit exchange they are very fast respond. but concern about our block account. they just keep silence.

you all got the point?

I hope that you understand that the company in Costa Rica is the fictitious?
LR had been created by people from Ukraine from a city of Dnepropetrovsk.
Some members of a command are from the USA (Marko), another from Amsterdam (Arthur) and at present he adjusts new Cisco.
All other members of LR are from Ukraine (city of Dnepropetrovsk).
We have all their real personal data.
If you seriously wish to have legal proceedings with LR I recommend you to begin search in Ukraine in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.
We can give you actual addresses of LR technicians (Den, Andrew, Vitaly).
We know their surnames, the address, phones (home and mobile), passport and tax data.
It has been watching over them in Ukraine for a long time, but there is no reason for detention as there are no victims in Ukraine from their actions.

I bet some ppl will pay big money to get those bastards. Well, i have lost $6000, what if i'm willing to pay $60.000 for their heads? If i wont solve anything with legal actions, perhaps i'll set a reward for them.

Didn't you say that you couldn't access your account because it is IP restricted? Then you have not lost any money. It is very easy to gain access again. Have you not read any of my previous posts?
