Searching 4 Honest HYIP Monitor

Compliments.Has anyone come across this HYIP monitor that has the feauture of monitoring payment to the MONITORS and another annonimous, separate account called GHOST account i.g paying monitor,paying ghost account to confirm that they are not cheating investors by paying the monitors alone and not paying geniue investor.I have came across such before but lost the web address.please if any member have seen it do not hesitate to post a reply.Thanks.

I am sure that there is no such. All monitors received payments like you and I. But each of them always has guaranteed profit because of it's payment statuses.

Paying monitors?
Could it be something like:

Username Deposit Earn Withdraw
xenicide $5.00 $60.00 $42.00

When actually nothing have happened? ($60.00 pending in this case)
