Dear users!
We've got many compliants that the withdrawals were pending more than 15-20 hours, but i can say that no withdrawal was pending more than 24 hours, besides that our maximum limit is 48 hours!
I must mention that there are 3 users, for them we didn't processed yet the withdrawals, coz, they must confirm their identity first, so if you see that your withdrawal is pending more than 24 hours you are one of the 3 users, i don't want to make their username public, they know well, why we need this confirmation!
In weekend there was a higher withdrawal processing time, you should understand this, at least on weekends, but till now all legit withdrawals were processed!

Till the moment I spent 5$ two times on spring invest.
I got all four payment for the first and with a reasonable dealy the 2nd from the second deposit.

Its so unusual to have an admin e-mail describing why the delay occured, and admin did so!

For me its a favourable thing, pls keep on the good work!

I hope we can work well further with this program
