The best and well capitalized forex broker is Oanda.

I think FXopen is the best, I've had great experiences with them.

We currently trade client money through OANDA, and so far they have been great. I would like to see more work done on the back-end software for managers, but other than that I have been pleased. Quick executions, good spreads, and fractional position sizing. The position sizing benefits are important because they allow for extremely precise risk management.

I have also used IBFX in the past and had some rather scary experiences with them. While their back-end software was easier to use than OANDA's, IBFX would occasionally have some major glitches in their trading platform. One time I looked at a live account and realized it was showing me account data from months before the actual date!

I'm interested in seeing what other brokers are recommended because our firm would like to offer multiple FCM options for clients.

In terms of execution costs, fixed spreads in ALL market conditions.
You can decide maximum slippage ( if you select 0, in case of requotes no order will be executed but then requotes also very rare with Masterforex).

Good thing is stop loss, take profits etc will ALWAYS be at the same price you have selected. For last 7 months I have been using them, it never happened a single time.

Spreads are like -
Euro USD - 1 pip
GBP USD - 2 pip
Usd Jpy - 1 pip

I am not biased towards them, but they provide the best trading conditions in all market conditions.
