your card is harrah's right?? iam also have the card and i never can convert my comps into cash

can you explain to me how do you convert your cash???

Hi,

Yes, my card is Diamond total rewards from Harrahs

May i know what type of card do you have?

We can convert our comps into cash because we receive a mail invitation. It's only for invited quest.

Pls notice that not every diamond player will receive such invitation. It depends on many factors such as your gambling record, how heavily is your bet, and so on...

Usually we convert our comps at Showboat. Sometimes at Ballys too.
