Ok thanks a lot for the feedback.
Communication is one of our biggest priorities at FOR4TUNE; you can see on our first day alone to what extent we are pushing that - with continiously updating multiple public forums, our own forum, plus offering email support, live support via messengers and of course the callback feature for anyone who wants a chat.
And as you'll begin to see "tonight"; we have 24hour support at FOR4TUNE; as we're quite lucky with our director placement - in that im based in Australia and William is over in Canada. So we've got the entire day covered!

And regarding the rewards etc.. We have already got that in mind - we're running a few initial "competitions" through our forum (nothing much right now, but just something to get us started with, then as we get bigger and better more options will open up to us, and we'll see what we can do, to pass on as many rewards as possible to our members).
We're really trying hard to create a fun and friendly community at our forum. It's a little tricky to get the ball rolling. But we'll keep working on it!
