Sorry for answering so late to this but I want to answer still.
On my rating site I put those programs where I have invested or where I intent to invest in the near future. Why do I do that? Well, I have created this rating site in the first place to keep things a little organized. Since there are so many programs comming by I want to have a list of those who are interesting to me. In that time where we talk about Astra this program looked good ( still does) and therefore I signed up and put in on my site in general to not forget this one. I am browsing often and try to do some research.
In the case of Astra I was not ready yet to invest because I wanted to wait for the payouts from other hyips to use that money to invest in Astra. Well, the fact is that I do put the referral links on my site ( why would I not? ) and obviously someone has visited Astra through my site, signed up and actualy invested. That was the big surprise to me, to see money on my balance without having invested myself.
An addition to my previous post. I told there that I did a withdrawal request for the referral earning. However that was refused because I had no investment done myself. I can understand that policy and therefore I have used that referral money now to actualy invest.
About my site in general: It is my private rating site which is on the net to be informative. I do not want to promote any site in an active way. On the other hand, let us be honest, if you have those referral links anyway, then you would be a thief of your own money if you would not use it.
Another example: Dutchservice.
I invested $ 20 there in their 15 days plan. I got all back but since dutchservice became so popular and my site was visited regularly I got about 13 referrals who signed up through my link. Now I have made 3x the investment in earnngs back thanks to the combination of investing and referral commissions.
This however does not affect the way as I rate the programs I am into. If something bad happens I lower the rating, if some programs turns out to be a scam I simply inform my visitors about it.
To end again with the referral issue: it is strange, I became more succesfull in having referrals since I stopped TRYING to GET them. My prior purpose is to earn some extra money in investing into hyips, my second priority is to meet people like you and everyone else to share our knowladge and to have a good time in helping eachother in this difficult arena.
