Please explain how do you judge about LOW RATES and HIGH RISK. According to HYIP area or Investment Banking?

According to HYIP - Yes, we have LOW RATES because we are not HYIP but Investment Pool.

According to Investment Banking - We have HIGH RATES, and it's allowed to withdraw total balance Bi-Weekly (50% percent of principal plus interest once a week).
