I have 2 wires with M-Gold, I order the wires and paid for it on April 10 and 14, and M-Gold admin confirmed me money was send from M-Gold account on April 15 ... now its more then 2 weeks and no money in my account.
Of course there was a delay with the Eastern Holiday and weekends and so on ... and I am not saying nothing right now. I just post my situation here, and I am waiting with patience to see in how much time money will be in my account(I am sure about that, not sure about when), and then post again.

You should file a complaint with Volour(VFS)...
Patryn will then investigate and mediate between he and himself and get back to you with the outcome
Then he may or may not instruct himself to complete your transaction

I wonder what the purpose of a paid sticky is, when attention whores are allowed to create a new thread every time they have a question or concern regarding an exchanger. There are numerous threads for every paid sticky in this folder... Lern2Merge.

I stepped down as forum moderator nearly six years ago. I generally lack the time to run around all day merging, moving, deleting, and locking threads.

We have made preliminary enquiries with the bank. These payments were both
processed from Westpac Banking Corporation on 14 April 2009. Funds have not
been returned, and Westpac have not received any correspondence from the
intermediary/correspondent banks or the beneficiary bank to suggest that
there was any problem with the transfers. Please advise your customer to
check again.

If you still have an issue, please file a dispute via VFS or contact M-Gold directly.
