Problems with c-gold
Hi all, I could not log in my c-gold account about 10 days ago and I was given an error message of “Invalid login details, please try again.” But I am very sure both the passphrase and turing code are correct.
So, I tried to contact them. There are no phone numbers, no email contact!! The only option is the “contact us” (a bit fishy, right? As I had thought they is a serious operator. ) Anyway, I submitted my problem twice since then. But there has been no response at all. Apparently, nobody there will check or answer the questions.
Do you guys know whether there are any problems with this company? Or do you know any contact methods?
