We need your help now. Because of some technical problems with our server we lost our database. We put a backup but it\'s with a database from Friday, before the payments. We need all of you to email us your username together with your withdrawal amounts for us to retract those amounts from your accounts and get back to normal this way. Also any member who registered after Friday or invested to let us know to can restore the database correctly. They did not deduct my balance so I send a message with correct
data as I received payment on Friday. But interests for yesterday and today have not been added
Will observe this one very closely because if they do not get this
working correctly on next Friday I fear that quite some investors will withdraw
their principal - then I do not want to be at the end of the line...
Counting on the honesty of your clients is pretty dangerous. But they
can check everybody by scrutinizing the ecurrency histories - but that´s
a lot of tedious work.
Actually I do not understand how this can happen - does not sound that professional.

Explanation

It seems that we need to offer an detailed explanation to members because not all of them understood what happened. We are making daily backup to our database but most of them were kept on the same server where the site is. The hardisk of the server crashed so we lost most of our backups together with the current database. We needed to put a backup from Friday, before payments, which was the most recent that we had on another server. That\'s why we needed to fixed all accounts who got payments last friday and we still have few accounts to fix and there are over 4000 members on the site and most of them emailed us at least once.There is no reason for panic as this is not a problem that would affect us. We just have a lot of work to do to finish all before this friday payments and we will do it. Tomorrow we will also add our new certificates, office adress, phone support number and bank wire from our Indonesian office. The office in Dubai will come soon as we promised. Real and seriuos bussinesses can\'t be done as fast as we\'d like but a serious promise is always kept. Thank you all for your help, trust in us and understanding.
