If you do not agree you can not access the account, so I had to press "Agree" to access it - there were no other buttons. Of course, I wrote that I do not agree, they refused to take any actions or compensate or whatever. I wrote to support a few times, and they always answered with refuse. Now this will be their problem, not mine.

You mix many definitions, we don`t know if this program is a ponzi or not, you didn`t make any serious DD, you have only your feelings. And I have mine. Which feelings are better? Time will give the answer. You said that this program is a SCAM, (SCAM definition is different that 'ponzi), so I showed you that this program is paying currently (see my proof above).

"SCAM definition is different that 'ponzi" = No, it is not in our specific situation! All Ponzis are automatically scams (but of course not all scams are Ponzis).
They are based on the functioning mechanism that older "investors" are paid from the moneys of newer "investors", until for different reasons the admins of such programs decide to vanish in thin air will all the existent moneys.

Refunded? Now? After I spent time revealing their theft on forums? Why they did not refund me when I wrote to them asking to return my money or to solve the problem,
but instead they refused to discuss it? So I was forced to post messages on forums about stolen money, to get my refund? Very nice. I think this fact of stolen money shows the true face of sportarbs. Today, they sent me email from Russian support where they pretend that they do not know the problem and that they never deceive anybody. But the fact of theft is the true and quite obvious fact. May be now they want to return me this $3, after I had to post messages on this form, but the fact of theft remains.
