Just Signed Up on New Page

I just signed up on the new Account page..the link is listed someplace here at the forum. When I did, this was the message at the top of the page after signing up..

User Registered in the new System, You will receive an e-mail in 24-48 hours with login instructions and withdraw information.

Just a question...why were we not told that we could sign up? I am not giving up...but my faith and dreams are sure fading fast.

LadyPat,

It is a catch 22. If you sign up for a refund, you could be refunded zero. If you ask to have it invested into the new system you will be waiving the previous agreements of your investment with the new one superceding the old and agreeing to them paying or withholding any amounts for any time period.

The link has not been released yet because all is not quite ready..there is no catch 22. Please if you are going to open your mouth about something do not let falsehoods proceed forth. Anyone that is signing up from the new link is also causing delays that Mark has to fix as well...God do you people not think before you act...how do I know this cause I know that will be the question...because it still says log in coming soon!!!

Furthermore just to show you proof that you do not know what you are talking about..when YOU are ABLE to register your information for your account...you are not waiving anything..as you are not investing INTO anything when registering because new investments will not be ready for at least a month...all you will be doing on that page that someone leaked out is

B: Having your matured trades go into the new system for withdraw!

You know, I didn't put that on here to cause hate and discontent..all I did was put it on here to show that it was working.

Catch 22..in other words you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. I thought that if you carried your previous investments over that they would still have to abide by the terms of service in which you signed up with...is that wrong? I don't need to get flamed nor called names for asking questions...The ones that called names are bringing themselves down to Mac and the others. We can come here and ask questions because, believe it or not, I find 99% of you as intelligent, caring and wanting to help.

And you would be correct ... most here are caring and wanting to help however, there are those on both sides of this fence that are unable (for whatever reason?) to take control of their emotions. Perhaps they suffer from a poor opinion of their own self worth and feel powerful when they belittle others. Kind of makes one think of Mac and his cronies.

A great example that has been noted by the pro-ITers is that it is like the credit card changes. Your old charges should remain as per agreement. Any new charges would be covered by the new agreement and by charging you have accepted those new terms. However, if you read the fine print you are reinvesting the old monies into the new system, hence the new agreement. If you ask for a refund, again it is possible, under the given situation, you will not get your SD's nor you may get your initial investment because they could say the trades have not met the performance level that was necessary to payout the required level.

[B]Okay I think you are saying that If I invested under the old agreement, that they would have to abide by that and any new investments would then fall under the new agreement...is that right? Sorry...guess I am just a little dense tonight.

Yes, that is correct ladypat. By reinvesting into the new system your acceptance to the new agreement is required. If you do nothing, you get nothing. If you opt for the refund read what the stipulaitons are for a refund and what can affect the amount of the refund and also note the time frame they have made to payout the refund.
