I have been following this one closely as I had a deposit on 07/17 which is still waiting to be paid out. From reading all other forums, it appears no payment proofs were posted past 07/19. This one would be a tough loss for me if it indeed has gone scam.

FYI, I had some email exchanges with the admin and below are the "explanations" he gave, not that it will matter if the site has already gone scam, but just thought I'd share:

On 07/20:

The status is already showing as "Problem" in GoldPoll and will more than likely be blacklisted soon if no one receives their payments...
