Ecardone autoexchange issue

I did an auto-exchange operation (from LR EUR to LR USD ) on ecardone website.
checking my LR account i can see the payment to ecardone (order axMB44CUAK), but there has been no accreditation back on my LR account.

The operation has been done 24 hours ago while ecardone state they would do these operations in less than 20 seconds.

I also sent a mail to ecardone and i had no reply so far.

Can anyone assist?

Try to contact their support - I oredered an exchange that was instantly processed not later than this morning...

There is no issue at all. you did not process your payment via SCI shoping card, but simply directly form your account and therefore we were unable to process your payment even if you put correct order number.

We sent the full amount back to your LR account. and we answered your question earlier today via FAQ and support center.
