I'm having some problem here. I sent $xxx e-gold to m-gold 36 hours ago, 16 hours later he sent the MTCN number to my mail. But Western Union agents told me the MTCN number was incorrect, and nobody is sending me any money.
I have contacted the m-gold support 3 times today. The only reply I got was the "MTCN number is correct, and WesternUnion.com shows the money available for pickup." But when I check with westernunion.com, it says there is no order that matches the details provided. I'm in denial here, and m-gold support is not replying.
All I am asking here is that if you m-gold support reads this post, please retype and resend the WU details to my email. Please double check the MTCN number and the sender name.

We have literally copy/pasted the MTCN from your e-mail into the appropriate fields at the site below, and received the message: "Funds are available for pickup by receiver." Is the error that you are checking online, or have you actually attempted to collect the funds? If you cannot pickup these funds in person, we will contact Western Union ourselves and have this situation rectified. On our end, everything looks fine.
