As of this afternoon, our account is once again functional. We have sent refunds to all of our clients who sent us E-Gold o/e orders during this ordeal. We are not willing to allow this to happen again. While we were able to rectify the situation within 24 hours, this was a very stressful time for both our clients and ourselves.

We no longer feel comfortable supporting E-Gold Ltd. While we have been conducting exchanges using this service since 2005, new policies and issues have obviously arisen which make things very difficult for the exchangers. Average out-exchange rates have jumped from 2% to 35% over the last two months. Accounts have been deleted. Accounts are frozen on a regular basis.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this decision make cause any of you. We appreciate that you will continue to use our services for Liberty Reserve and WebMoney WMZ transactions, and wish the best of luck to those exchangers still willing to purchase your E-Gold with whom we have a close relationship, such as NanaimoGold, InstantXchange, and CADGold.

It's good to come in and read this was rectified so fast and on a long weekend

I am happy the E-gold problem was solved for M-gold.

I'm satisfied with their service, exchanged over 10k and more, with them already.
