Look at the roster of exchangers, and their current position. For the most part: Those able to have sufficient float to accept PM, and wait for the turnaround while processing your order immediately have simply increased their rates. Those with insufficient float capabilities have temporarily ceased acceptance. This is common.

Not true. because they do not have any "float" issues with other currencies they support. So the problem is on the PM side only. They did not increase rates for other currencies. From this, the float problem is on pm side.

I remember not long ago when nobody would accept LR for several days or the LR outexchange rates were where high. Its the same thing with PM now, but the situation is worse since PM don't have the same trustworthiness as LR.

I believe the thing is completely different with PM than with LR and especially with e-gold long time ago. One might not know the real reasons and obstacles but still it seems otherwise.
