Such a database is not difficult to obtain. I have seen the TG e-mail database for sale, and have been offered the MMG database on numerous occasions... not to mention the AlterGold database, numerous HYIP ones, etc. If I wanted to send a mass e-mail to the majority of this industry: I would not encounter any difficulty.
