I will transfer all money in AP to LR if I had money in it. feel discomfort about AP at all.

If exchange from AP to LR take one week and ~10% fee is reduced, why would anyone want to do such exchange?
Transfering money from AP to bank account, then sending bank wire to LR exchanger would still be cheaper and faster.
Could such exchange service providers please explain who are your customers?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Alertpay exchanges to other e-currrencies(Liberty Reserve or Pecunix) are processed within 1 to 2 business days (after AlertPay approves the transaction).
It depends on Alertpay because they are sending the approval for each out-exchange that we receive(within 1-2 business days for new customers and same day to 1 business day for regular customers).

So, Alertpay to Liberty Reserve can take up to 4 business days and Liberty Reserve to Alertpay = same day(including the weekend) .

Your assumption "...transfering money from AP to bank account, then sending bank wire to LR exchanger would still be cheaper and faster"...is wrong.

AP to bank account = up to 4-5 business days
Bank wire to LR exchanger = 2-7 business days

Total : let's say 9 business days(with luck)

Regarding to "fees":

Our fee for Alertpay to Liberty Reserve is 9% and Liberty Reserve to Alertpay is only 1% (special offer until July 10).

Now, please look below ( "your way" ):

- Transfering money from AP to bank account = 2.5% (the currency exchange from USD to your local currency)

- You will have to exchange from your local currency to USD in order to send the wire to exchanger(you have to get LR USD so you will need to send USD) and you'll lose around of 1%-2% .

The bank wire from your bank account to exchanger = min. 30 USD the bank fee + within 4% - 6% the exchanger fee(i didn't count the correspondent bank fee).

Total "in your way" : 2.5% + 1% + 5% = 8.5% + bank's fee
