Correct, AP don't allow use it in any HYIP including some other ponzi schema.

Did I mention online income opp programs in conjunction with AP somewhere? IOP is a far too vast definition and again in fact hyip is a part of it. Whatever the name is the only chance to comply with AP policy is to run a transparent business with a hub of happy customers. That's the point

Yah, I've seen quite a few hyip programs use AP. Of course I think scammers tend to avoid AP as it's not as convenient as say LR when it comes to running off with people's funds!
