i am wondering if a debit card attached to a direct offshore wire account for the card could be opened in the name of an IBC.
my brokers in US only wire out funds in the name of my IBC and could there be a card which accepts IBC name as account holder?

Check out our visa debit card, which accept IBC name as account holder.

If you simple open a corporate bank account with your IBC, provided it is in good standing and less than 6 month old you should be able to easily get funds wired in the name of your IBC and then withdraw with the attached debit card so there is no loading fees.

I would contact the agent who formed the IBC and ask them to provide you with an offshore account -- we do this free of charge for our clients and they should as well.

I guess his IBC not in good standing and agent out of business.that's why he have no choice.

Yes, either the IBC is not in good standing or the registrar charges 500 plus Euro for a separate bank account as most of the largest offshore formation companies do. I have also seen a large number of formation companies that do not even offer banking -- which is the same as sell someone a car without an engine -- without the engine there is nothing you can do.
