This proves at least it is not being held by Yesilada but by Germany. There is little the bank can do until their lawyers can resolve this.

I also agree it is best to get away from Yesilada if you have the option of doing so. Too many correspondent banking changes in the last 2 years and now this. Too bad really as it was the easiest offshore bank setup there was for a licensed bank.
