We all know that TT's take time for the obvious reasons stated above, but all else depends on WHO YOU KNOW from the bank in question. I know for a fact that things are kosher at Yesilada and will only get better in a near future.
So, there's nothing wrong having a banking relationship with them!
OK, that's good to know. I don't have any experience with Yesilada.

I tried to bank here. They opened my account with no hassles... but they never got back to me with information on how to fund my bank account after 2 weeks of waiting. If it takes this long for them to get back to me on how to give them money, can you imagine contacting them regarding anything else?
Half of the links on the website don't work. Not impressed. I don't know how anyone could ethically recommend this bank.
I have an account with Yesilada bank. Can't say I am not satisfied with their services. Sometimes transfers get completed faster than expected.
The key to banking with yesilada is constantly pestering them by phone. They are Turks. And I guess that if you don't hustle a bit for something, that means you do not want that thing done in a timely manner
So, this bank opens accounts easily but you have to keep pestering them to withdraw. Is there any bank that has the same ease of account opening and also ease of withdrawal?
This North Cyprus bank seems to be unique in that they do not ask any questions about your business and appear to approve every client that applies. I have never found a bank that opens as easily as this one, even out of other North Cyprus banks, this one seems to be the easiest.
Just note the bank at this time does not issue debit cards to withdraw your funds -- it is something they stopped a month or two ago so unless you have a wire loadable debit card you cannot access the cash in the account. I have an account there also and I wire my money out to my No-Name offshore debit card as soon as it is there -- it takes about 7 days or so to get it though.
I know someone who told me that they tried to open an account with Yesilida Bank but they wanted a utility statement for his offshore company to open the account. As most of you know, banking statements and not utility bills are usually the way to confirm KYC for offshore companies on paper and not utility bills.
Anyone have any tips for this person? Perhaps he should have told the bank that he would be happy to provide a personal utility bill to confirm the KYC information of the director?
Would this bank pressure him for a utility bill for a paper corporation before they opened the account?

FREEDOM
He should be able to provide a personal utility bill instead of a utility bill for the corporation -- they can be kind of closed minded depending on who is working on the file.
Try contacting Yilmaz Celiker who is the head of new accounts and can usually work this out. It is also better to call the during their short summer hours from 8am - 1pm and speak to them -- email does not always work.
