I have serius problems with Yesilada Bank, I have :
- A bank wire lost since july 2-2009 of 15.000 EUR
- And two outcoming bank wires delayed from since august 12-2009 of 14.500 USD.
When I called to Yesilada Bank, they do not resolve nothing, they hang the tephone and never reply my e-mails.
I you has been the same problems and know another way to resolve my problems ... please post here.
This doesn't surprise me. I paid offshoreprivacy $500 to set me up with a legitimate offshore bank instead he sent me a link to yesilada, the bank raised a lot of red flags with me. It just didn't feel right.
I signed up anyway, they approved my account sent me my account information.
I sent them an email asking how to fund my account (the wire info I would need to give) and they never got back to me. To me that was the last red flag. I decided that it was not worth risking losing my money there.
I moved on and found a legit bank in seychelles. I really do not trust this bank and I hope you get your money back. I really would not recommend this bank to anyone.
Yesilada bank meets a certain need in the marketplace for those who cannot obtain a bank reference and have a business that no traditional offshore bank will accept such as adult or other high risk business. We also maintain an account there for the most private transactions as North Cyprus has no agreements with anyone.
The bank is not a top tier and their customer service is terrible, however we have had clients who have ran up to millions of dollars through the bank without losing a penny, so we know they do not "steal" client funds.
Affiliateroi, we would be happy to provide you with either a free bank account, offshore debit card or $500 discount on a IBC with Cyprus bank account provided you can get a bank reference if you are displeased with the Yesilada setup. Nonetheless, whoever you are you never connected us as we would have made this offer to you if you would have.
Whoever I am? I am one of your customers that got ripped off.
And as for the not having a bank reference, that's exactly in the boat I was in. Instead of paying this guy like I did if you want a bank that does not require a bank reference go to Seychelles. No banks in that country require a reference. Try Barclays there they seems very responsive. They have a toll free number accessible 24 hours a day and a live operator responds whenever you phone. And they speak perfect english. In Fact the operators are in Europe.
Consider that a freebie you don't have to pay me $500 for that info. A nice honest bank that you don't have to worry will disappear on you.

Do they open accounts by mail? Do you have the link for the info?

Barclays Seychelles has a reputation worse than Yesilada -- clients can wait months and never hear anything on an account opening or request for support, at least Yesilada will open your account fast and North Cyprus has no agreements with any country so the secrecy is the best there is gemerally speaking. There is even a Talkgold thread on Barclays and how bad they are, lol.
I offered you other options here since you did not bother to contact me yourself and prefer to air this in public.

^^I can totally agree. It is almost impossible to open account there, even if you want to open the account for a local IBC, and the Seychelles reg. agent brings the documents personally to the bank... There are much better options.
